Small Group Personal Training is the perfect option for both men and women looking for a combination between 1-on-1 personal training and group fitness classes.
As a part of our small group sessions, you will be joined by a group of up to 7 other individuals, all while maintaining personalized programs designed to ensure you reach your unique fitness goals! Each session takes around 60 minutes to complete.
