I’ll start by saying that I’ve worked out on my own for 15 years, and never saw the need for a personal trainer. After 12 months of working out with a highly detailed and methodical weight plan, I added strength and size at a rate that wouldn’t have been possible on my own. The owners are amazing and incredibly personable, and would highly recommend for anyone who’s serious about achieving their goals.
