I love what I do… it’s not a job, it’s a lifelong dream and a passion that allows me to serve and pour into others.
I got into fitness after a situation that exposed parts of my lifestyle that suffered due a lack of my fitness. I began learning just the simplest basics. Eventually I found myself wanting more and more knowledge. The more I learned the more I wanted to help others with that knowledge. Now all of that has culminated this tremendous opportunity to work with you - to serve, guide, teach, build a community with, all while helping you reach goals of your own health and fitness. Just thinking about that makes me ask When can we start?
Fitness has impacted my life in so many amazing and unexpected ways. I initially started off as a client to transform the dad bod. Through the process of transforming my own self I found a fascination of the Metamorphosis training style and how it impacted others way beyond just training. At that point I decided to start studying so that I can begin my career as a trainer in our Metamorphosis family. It wasn’t long until I quit my 30-year career and have been full time trainer and literally the happiest I have ever been.
Now… your journey. Your journey is unique. You are unique. Working with me you get a partner that is so excited to wake up each day and do what I get to do with you! Working with me means dedication to you, not my cell phone. It means thinking outside the box, finding solutions around tricky situations, teaching you the “why” along with the “how”, celebration of all victories small or large, community and much more? Why? Because a journey without a sense of enjoyment to navigate it isn’t much of a fun one.
